Keynote Consulting, Inc is owned and operated by Brent Cole, who follows his father and grandfather as a professional in the collection industry. Keynote was founded in the 1990’s by Brent’s father to provide excellent hands-on service to clients in the financial and medical industries. While never trying to become the largest collection agency, Keynote Consulting staff members take pride in offering a level of customer service and dedication to its clients tailored to meet the needs of those businesses. Many of our current clients have been with our firm for more tan 20 years.

In today’s business climate, where political and regulatory restrictions have made medical collections very challenging, we at Keynote Consulting, Inc. take pride in the effort that we make to effectively communicate with those who are indebted to our clients. Our approach is what we describe as “firm but fair”. We strive to treat all with non-judgmental respect to help resolve delinquencies. Brent and his team are always available to provide guidance and answer questions that are posed by clients.
Keynote Consulting, Inc. is compensated on a contingency basis. If we don’t collect, there is no fee to our clients. Utilizing a collection agency provides a different voice to delinquent customers and allows our clients’ staff members to use their time to effectively concentrate on those patients/customers who provide value to their practices by paying their outstanding balances.
